Each BRUTA piece is handmade and unique, so small variations in shape, texture and finish are part of the piece.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or normal changes in brass appearance over time.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at bruta.jewellery@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Returned items must be unworn and in their original packaging unless the item is faulty.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns if we agree to accept one. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, reasonable return shipping costs may be reimbursed.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
